What is a great incentive or free gift to give away for a young female model talent search?

This company I work for sometimes is looking for models. The hold these events at hotels and utilize their conference rooms for the event. The usually advertise months in advance and have a great turn out.





One person at a recent even left a comment card mentioning we should have a free gift. I said we should offer a free microwave. My boss said that is lame.

Reply:A basket of spa items; a spa gift certificate. These girls are coming in to be considered for a position as model...and they expect a gift? Isn't that like going to a job interview and expecting a gift?
