I've been trying for hours to activate my gift card and when I enter in all the information that I'm doing right, it tells me that the information is wrong. The customer service is crap because when I enter in the temporary password in order to make a new one it says it's invalid and I can't move on past the answering machine! I've used it to buy something at a store and everything worked fine.
How the hell do I register a wachovia gift card when it keeps telling me my security info is incorrect?
I'm confused about what you're trying to do. You say you're trying to "activate" the card, but then you say you've used it to buy something at a store and it worked perfectly. So doesn't that mean that the card is *already* activated?
