Just wondering. Don't have my own visa yet, was wondering if it was possible to transfer money onto a gift card vias. Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but I have no idea.
Is it possible to make payments to a Visa Gift card? To use it as a money reciever in paypal and similar?

Reply:not a stoopid question...my mom had one she would put money on, but it charged her everytime she used it...
