What is the Customer Referral Program?





ANSWER:


The Customer Referral Program is a web based program, where the existing customer and the referred customer have an opportunity to earn $25 Visa debit cards.





Existing Cingular Wireless and AT%26amp;T customers will be eligible to earn up to $125 in Visa debit cards per year (rolling calendar) by referring family and friends to Cingular Wireless via a Web-based referral program. Both the referring customer and the new customer will receive a $25 VISA Debit Card once a qualifying activation has been verified. New customers must sign up on a Cingular Wireless price plan of $39.99 or higher to be eligible to earn a referral Visa debit card.





The existing customer must sign on to our referral Web site at http://www.referral.cingular.com.





The customer's information will then go through a verification process to ensure the activation occurred after the existing customer sent the referral e-mail to the new customer and to verify that they a plan of $39.99 or higher.





Once the referral has been verified as a qualified activation, both customers will be mailed a $25 VISA Debit Card. (Approximate time from when they complete the referral process until they receive their gift card is 3-4 weeks.)





Please note that existing referrals of former AT%26amp;T Wireless customers upgrading service are not eligible.
