What happen with a person who received a gift or package paid with a stolen credit card?

Can you tell me if someone said that he had some giftcard, but can not buy and ship to his address cuz the site doesn't ship to his country. So, he told me to do this, and give me another gift. And I did that, but I don't know which he paid for these. So, if he bought it with a stolen credit card, will I be sue for this, because help me to ship to my address?

Leo is right, they're using you as a cut out, worse they're making you an accomplice to credit card fraud.

Notify the police, turn over whatever correspondence (emails etc) you've had with them, and turn over whatever they've had shipped to you.

This is NOT going to go unnoticed, and waiting until someone comes knocking on your door is a really, REALLY bad idea.
Reply:I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. If you were involved in some scam, you could face criminal charges. If you unknowingly received stolen property and the authorities find out, you'll lose the property.
Reply:Best case is that you have to pay for it. Worst case is prison.
Reply:This is a common scam. Call the cops ASAP and give them all the stuff they have sent you. by the way you can get things shipped to any country in the world. They are shipping to you so they cant be traced back the buyer.
