Graduation gift ideas for someone about to enter a radiology program?

My younger sister graduates HS on the 24, and in the fall she is heading to college to persue a degree in radiology. Does anyone have and ideas of a good graduation gift? I've seen some cute shirts, but I'd like something that she'll both like at first and that may help her in school. Thanks for any suggestions!
