What gift would be good to give a pregnant woman that will be nice to have throughout the pregnancy?

My girlfriend is about to have her first child. She has a baby book and will get a lot of other things at her baby shower. I'm looking for some advice preferably from some one who's had a kid and can advise me on something that can help her throughout her pregnancy, And would make a good x-mass gift. She's about 13 weeks.

What gift would be good to give a pregnant woman that will be nice to have throughout the pregnancy?
a pregnancy or body pillow--trust me, getting a good night's sleep gets harder %26amp; harder!!

also, gift certificate for a pedicure, a wax, etc... as it's hard to bend that far later on!
Reply:a big bathrobe that fits....so if she happens to be in like a skimpy tank and shorts that dont fit (cuz its comfier than maternity clothes) she can cover up if people drop in...This was my biggest friend!!! a cozy warm BIG bathrobe!!
Reply:Some comfortable sweat pants.

I can never get enough of those!
Reply:something for her and not the baby buy her some jewlery that always makes a woman feel good and if she already has pregnancy books then what more could she need.. Unless you want to buy her a pregnancy pillow that will be good also
Reply:Body pillow, flip flops, and/or elastic band pants
Reply:a spa gift certificate i know it wont be there the whole pregnancy but trust me, pregnancy is hard! and im sure she would love to have a day at the spa getting pamperd and being taken care of!
Reply:they make these big body pillows that support the growing belly, they are awesome!!!!

heres a link to lots of them

Reply:i agree with the body pillow, comfy clothes, and gift certificates for a manicure/pedicure...those can be so relaxing!
Reply:a big comfortable robe or a body pillow.
Reply:A gift certificate to a series of massages while she is pregnant. Her body will be undergoing alot of changes and a prenatal massage will make her feel more relaxed. And she can save a couple for after having the baby.
Reply:Slippers, a foot massager (maybe one you put warm water into), one of those big yoga balls, maybe a spa gift certificate, maternity clothes (a cute jacket or something for winter), and some gourmet snacks.
Reply:a Voucher for a facial and a pregnancy massage so that she can pamper herself before the baby comes. Sometimes when you're pregnant you can feel really icky, my partner got me this and it was a wonderful treat.
Reply:A foot massager..her feet will be hurting her by the time its all over. I wish I would have had one.
Reply:Here's an idea: Give Her a personalized coupon book. The One that you make yourself with coupons for a "free" day off (where you do EVERYTHING for her on that day), or a coupon for a dinner at the restaurant of her choice, or a car wash, etc.. you get the idea.
Reply:how sweet of you to think about that my boyfriend could care less how im feeling you should get her a body pillow they sell them at babies r us ive been wanting one since i got pregnant they are made specifically for the pregnant body it supports the back and legs very usefull also some comfy slippers and you could make up some coupons that say things like this one good for a backrub, this one good for a foot massage things like that happy holidays and congrats on the baby
Reply:Oooh I know, I know! A case of maalox, haha! Or if you want something a little more presentable and sweet, many spas offer prenatal massages and spa treatments. It really will take the edge off when she's tense in her last days before delivery...
Reply:Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:

Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it! Also, pregnancy and baby trivia.

The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.

Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.

Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.
Reply:My favorite 3 things while I was pregnant was the body pillow, a Belly Book, and spa socks!! The belly book was broke down into each trimester and it was like a journal just for the pregnancy and it's worded so that it would be a great gift for the baby once it's older!! I still enjoy looking through it and reading what I wrote after each appointment and what cravings I had each trimester!!

The Spa Socks are something I got from my husband from Bath %26amp; Body Works!! You rub on a nice, theraputic lotion/cream and then put on these socks and it truely takes away a lot of stress!! Good Luck!!

Reply:Honeslty a gift card, that way she can shop and pick out things that she will want.
Reply:I am 30 weeks preg and LOVE my body pillow. GET HER ONE!!! :) Good luck!
Reply:iam 22 weeks pregnant and my husband got me a body pillow that does wonders for me now cuz shes is goign to have difficult time sleeping.. and also maybe a gift card for her to her favor salon for like i dont know a couple of visits... something that she can use on her self.. try to avoid gifts for her and the baby u want to make her feel special.....
Reply:I would suggest a body pillow or a gift certificate to old navy online or somewhere like that, that has cute and affordable maternity clothes.
