I have a budget of $15 per person and there are 72 of us that will graduate in May as RNs. I can't buy the lamps or hats as a gift, and i wanted something that the students can use. Any ideas?

Scrubs! They are going to need lots of them in the future. You can at least get a cute top for $15.
